Below is a breakdown of our major machining facility, which, with 7 day working and night shift, gives us a capacity of over 1,000 hours per week of CNC milling time, 330 hours per week of CNC turning time and approximately 400 hours of manual turning, milling and grinding time.

Our Quality Commitment

All work is backed up by a well equipped inspection department, which includes 1st off and stage inspection. Components will not be despatched to customers without a 100% inspection and certificate of conformance is issued. If required, an inspection report can also be furnished with printed data directly from a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine.
